Thanks for everything. I'm extremely happy that you will be around to get us organized." G.G.
You have more than answered my questions and I cannot thank you enough. I am always impressed when I find great customer service in an industry that appears to be moving away from that rule of business. Keep up all the great work!" M.R.
Do they call you SPEEDY GONZALEZ there? I don't think I have ever had a project reply as fast as yours. Thanks for the speedy response!" D.R.
The transcript was excellent. Thanks very much. It's just what I needed for the project. I will certainly have you transcribe any future projects. Thanks again!" R.K.
I see that you once again excelled in your production efforts on our campaign. Thank you so much for sending out all those letters and getting them done in such an A to B fashion. Your help and intention is duly noted and appreciated. It is people like you that will ensure we all have a better environment in which to flourish and prosper. I am personally proud to call you teammate. Thank you again." B.S.
The project you sent me was just what I needed. Thank you and God bless you. You saved me a lot of work." N.M.
Ruth helped me a great deal in getting out the letter I wrote requesting the support of local business executives and opinion leaders for our campaign. Ruth personalized the generic letter I wrote for 73 local opinion leaders. She faxed or mailed the letters to all these people. She looked up dozens of fax numbers and entered them into a computer database. She did all of this on a moment's notice with less than a minute of (very rushed) verbal instructions from me. As I was at a convention in Chicago last week, these letters supporting our campaign could not have been sent out without Ruth's help." D.G.
I really want to thank you for all the help. I have been fighting with this particular file for a while. Your insight and solution to the problem made my day. I have contacted several different places to get some information. You were the only one willing to stay on the phone with me and walk me through it. You made the difficult concepts easier to understand and grasp." S.U.
Ruth has helped work on the National Archives Transcription Pilot Project. Thank you!"
