Payments

Payment is due at end of the project (or end of day, whichever comes first) and can be made with check or cash. A receipt will be given on the spot for any cash payments. A professional invoice marked "Paid" can be emailed within 24 hours of return to office. Large tasks may require a deposit in advance or periodic payments throughout the project. Regular clients may have accounts where they are billed at the end of each month. Remote customers may have an option to pay with debit/credit card through PayPal.com.

The process for remote work

I like to keep it simple.

  1. Contact me.
  2. Send me your work (in person or upload a file).
  3. I look at the scope of the project and give you an estimate.
  4. You approve the estimate/price and the work to be done.
  5. I do the work.
  6. When the work is complete, I give you an invoice (and if possible, a sample of the completed work).
  7. Once I receive payment, I give you the completed project.
